Located on Devonport's Mt Victoria, surrounded by beautiful historic homes, MaisonMays is a self-contained, private apartment offering a light and peaceful setting with two outdoor garden dining areas, a king-sized bed, bath and a heating/cooling system for your comfort. Off-street parking available. Lock box on left hand side outside white gates at end of driveway. We say "Kia Ora" and are happy to greet our guests but agree to respect our guests' privacy if preferred. Centrally located in Devonport, a car is not necessary to enjoy the many delights around the neighbourhood. Walk up Mount Victoria to take in vistas of Auckland City or stroll to Torpedo Bay for a coffee and ice cream after visiting the Navy Museum. If wanting to travel farther afield, public buses can be found in central Devonport or at the Devonport Ferry Terminal, or perhaps a day trip to Waiheke Island, Rangitoto Island or Auckland City via Fuller's Ferries, departing regularly from Devonport Ferry Terminal. Deposit - A $400 deposit is required on booking, refundable unless a cancellation is made less than 7 days prior to stay.

Nestled in Saint Heliers, our cozy in-house apartment offers comfort and tranquility. With a private entrance, it includes a bedroom, bathroom, living room, and dining/kitchen area. The kitchenette has a fridge, microwave, toaster, and coffee/tea facilities, plus complimentary snacks and beverages are provided. Please note, no cooking facilities are available. Enjoy your private garden with seating and lush greenery. Families will love the toys, cot, high chair, and beach just 10 minutes away.

Parnell Self-Contained Cottage

Self contained private studio in central Parnell. The room has a super king bed or can be split to two singles (by request). Open the french doors & enjoy the view from the balcony towards the City & Sky Tower. A short stroll to Parnell Road, Museum, Rose Gardens, Judges Bay & easy local transport. This modern, architecturally designed suite with its own private entrance is nestled amongst peaceful bush surrounds in Remuera and overlooks the Orakei Basin inlet. It has comfortable furnishings, a fully-equipped kitchen, underfloor bathroom heating, under sheet electric blankets and a spacious grassy outdoor area with a path that leads down to the water's edge. It is close to bus and train, local cafes, a shopping centre and a walking track that surrounds the Orakei Basin.

Located on the lower level of a private dwelling, this self - contained facility (including separate bathroom/toilet - upgraded Nov 2022), is situated in a private garden setting. Suitable for 2 – 3 people, the living area is bright and welcoming. An off street parking bay is available with entry to the facility only metres away. The kitchenette includes a microwave, electric jug, toaster and fridge. Introductory, tea, coffee and breakfast cereal provided.
