Luxurious 5 metre bell tent with proper double bed, heating, lighting and cooking facilities nestled high up on the North Downs affording spectacular views over the London skyline. With only the sheep for company you'll have exclusive use of a farmers 20 acre field with woodland and not another person in sight. We are a smallholding with alpacas, some sheep, chickens, a turkey, and elderly pony, dogs and cats! We are very close to Uckfield, with lots of charity shops for bargain hunters, and coffee shops for those who like to relax. There are two supermarkets, restaurants and take aways. The coast is only a 40 minute drive away by car. Brighton and Tunbridge Wells are on a bus route from the village, (29a). Winnie-the-Pooh and friends are close by on Ashdown Forest for those who look properly.

Enjoy nature in this romantic setting in either our bell tent or emperor tent with lots of home comforts. There's fresh water on tap and homemade compost toilets. Get to meet our goats and chickens. We're far enough into the countryside to unwind and quietly observe the deer and wild birds, but close enough to Crawley to not feel too isolated. Gatwick is a short distance away if you want to stay just before or after a holiday, eliminating the worry of traffic and rushing to/from the airport.

Our Mulberry safari tent is furnished to a high standard with all bedding and towels provided. We are just 10 minutes from Gatwick and offer free airport parking. The tent sleeps 6 people and has a fully equipped kitchen, open plan living room with dining table and double sofa bed, double bedroom, bedroom with bunk beds and an en-suite shower room. There is a lovely decking area with an outside table, as well as your own fire pit and BBQ. For larger groups we have a second identical tent.

Our first flying tent in the trees has been such a hit that we’ve set up a second nearby. Nestled in a tiny pocket of rare Sussex wet woodland, this tent floats above the ground, offering an amazing sense of peace among the foliage. Watch horses graze across the stream, hear steam trains puff up the line, make dinner in your outdoor kitchen and toast marshmallows over the fire pit, before climbing into your floating bed and drifting off to the hoot of owls.
