The Lodge at Spring Farm Alpacas

"The Lodge" is a beautifully finished self contained holiday let in the middle of a working alpaca farm with over 100 alpacas and llamas grazing in wildflower meadows surrounding The Lodge. The Lodge is fully equipped with modern facilities. Tastefully decorated, fully insulated and centrally heated, The Lodge is perfect for peace and tranquillity whilst maintaining every creature comfort. We have also added a patio with table and bench seating to better appreciate the surroundings and alpacas!

The Orangery is a studio space situated at Coes Farm an organic vineyard and orchard making natural wines and ciders and offers 50 acres of absolute tranquillity in amongst nature, with a bit of luxury thrown in too! We have formal gardens and ornamental ponds, a large lake, plenty of woodland, open fields, an indoor saltwater swimming pool with hot tub, a tennis court and a games room. We planted our 5 acre vineyard in Spring 2021 and extended the existing Orchard with cider varieties in 2023.

Tucked into a private woodland overlooking the pond and countryside, we've kitted it out with products and art from local makers. Ideally located for Lewes, the iconic Seven Sisters Cliffs and South Downs. Hop into the hammock and sit by a glowing fire-pit in the summer, or snuggle up in front of the wood-burner in the winter - the Tack Barn is special all year round.

Duck Lodge B&B, Luxury Log Cabin with Hot Tub

Duck Lodge, a boutique log cabin, is located in a serene village. This all-wood home is surrounded by a lush garden, offering a tranquil location. The well-equipped interior showcases eclectic furnishings, Sky TV and a sound system. Your private 8 seater hot tub is exclusively yours between 4-9 pm located on the main house's patio, 25 meters up from the lodge. To ensure a peaceful experience, we suggest enjoying up to 2 hours of soaking time - perfect for unwinding in comfort and privacy 🥂🍾

Nestled in the foothills of the South Downs National Park, Luna Pod is located within a walled garden on our working organic farm with far reaching views. Luna Pod has its own private wood fired hot tub, fire pit and BBQ along with all you would need for a comfortable, relaxing stay. Luna Pod is conveniently located close to many local attractions including Charleston House, Firle Place, Glyndebourne & Alfriston amongst others. It also has direct access onto the South Downs & its many walks.

The Stables at The Forge is right on the South Downs Way, in Pyecombe village, in the South Downs National Park, 15 minutes from the vibrant city of Brighton. It is a self-contained cosy one bedroom apartment with a super king bed or two singles, a double sofa bed in the lounge / dining area, fully equipped kitchen, bathroom, storage, wood burner and secure off street parking. Sleeps up to four guests - perfect for walkers, cyclists, Pangdean guests, vineyards, Hickstead and city visitors.

"Bumble" The Shepherd's Hut

This traditionally inspired, hand-made Shepherds Hut is nestled inside a paddock in the leafy county of Hampshire. It offers a tranquil retreat in a home away from home setting with a cosy open plan living space championed by the log burning stove. Enjoy cooking your own English Breakfast - of which eggs are graciously supplied by our chickens -amongst views and visits of our 17 strong Alpaca herd. Relax with the whole family at this peaceful haven. Charming 5 bed detached country house nestled in 2 acres of woodland in the South Downs National Park in Sussex. Situated on a quiet country lane in secluded magical woodland. The kids roam free playing in the woods, football and giant trampolining, while you chill on the sun terrace with wood fired hot tub, listen to the birds. Breathtaking walks to pubs from the doorstep and the beach is a short drive away (bus stop nearby).
