Se puede llegar a pie a todos los lugares principales del centro. Es ideal para dos personas porque sólo tiene un dormitorio y un baño pero, excepcionalmente, lo alquilo para un máximo de 4 personas con familias con dos niños en mente. En el salón hay dos sillones que se convierten en camas. ¡En julio y agosto disfruta del aire acondicionado!

Right in front of the apartment there are many bus stops, "city sightseeing" buses and taxi's parking, while a large supermarket will satisfy any need.

CIU 10015 Let the light of Rome flood you in this charming 85 mq apartment, located a few steps from the Colosseum, in one of the most beautiful areas of the city. The apartment, on the 2nd floor without elevator, is located in a building from the early 1900s. This historical, lovely apartment features an entrance, a large living room with a comfortable double sofa bed, a fully-equipped kitchen, two bedrooms and one cosy balcony where to enjoy morning breakfast or a glass of wine on sun set.

The house among olive trees

A cottage made up of stone and timber built on two storeys, with a large living room, glass window, a couch for two people and a bathroom with sauna; on the second storey there is a double bedroom. Outdoors, there is a large garden with a porch equipped with BBQ and a wooden table. The site is located on the pleasant hills between Bellegra and Olevano Romano. We have currently added two beds, set up in a wonderful Indian teepe available for two extra guests in addition to the four ones.

Favoloso attico di 120 metri quadri nel cuore del centro storico romano, situato nella famosa Via dei Serpenti, la più bella delle strade del Rione Monti, che termina con la vista del Colosseo, ad un passo dal Foro romano. L’attico che è dotato anche di una terrazza con vista sui tetti di Roma, è ubicato in un antico palazzo del 1600, sprovvisto di ascensore. Non è consigliato quindi per ospiti anziani o con ridotta mobilità perché ci sono molti gradini per raggiungere il quarto piano.

Ubicado a minutos de la estación Termini, pero aún así, un hogar tranquilo. El acceso al apartamento se realiza por escaleras. ¡El desayuno corre por nuestra cuenta!
