Owl Cottage, Goetre Hall, Meifod Mid Wales

Goetre Hall is nestled in the heart of the beautiful Welsh countryside near the Shropshire borders, on the outskirts of the small village of Meifod. The perfect spot for a relaxing countryside break but within easy reach of the many attractions that Mid Wales and Shropshire have to offer. The footpaths on our doorstep give you an excellent opportunity to explore mid Wales. This will be appreciated by any four-legged friends that accompany you on your holiday as our cottages are dog friendly.

With two double bedrooms, bathroom and a large living space this is perfect for a quiet getaway bolt hole or a place for family adventure. Situated opposite the town’s train station for the Llanfair Heritage Steam Railway. Its location affords easy access to the gateway of wales. Uneven flagstone steps to 1 double bedroom. A cosy and relaxing space with touches of rustic charm. Located in the heart of Snowdonia, surrounded by the mountains. An open plan living space with all the essentials. Cooking area ,with mini fridge & camping stove. Parking Private parking available, the track up to the cabin is steep. There is a parking space available at the bottom of the track (50 meters away from the cabin) or you are welcome to drive up, as there is space to park and turn around at the top of the track.

Ysgubor Lodge

Ysgubor Lodge is a unique property nestled in the woods, with a balcony all the way around it so you can sit out and enjoy the environment. It is complete with a bathroom, one double room and one room with 2 single beds, a living room and kitchen. It is heated with a log stove , and fire wood is provided. There is a TV but no signal, but there are plenty of DVDs to watch . Download music if you want to listen to it on bluetooth speaker.
