Wanting to get away from the hustle and bustle? Enjoy a stay at our 3rd Generation Family Ranch that is located 3 1/2 miles East of Highway 99. We have something for everyone! You can wake up and see cattle and horses on our working ranch. You can walk down our driveway and see the scenery of the Kansas Flinthills. You are a half mile from the Fall River Wildlife Area with its Public Hunting. We are also one mile from the Ladd Bridge where you can drop in your boat and/or Jetski and enjoy access to Fall River Lake.

Elmdale Treehouse

Elmdale Treehouse is nestled in the trees of historic Chase County. It provides the perfect quiet retreat for couples looking to get away from it all. This prairie hideaway is spacious enough for small families and just minutes away from The National Tallgrass Prairie Preserve, as well as the oldest working Kansas courthouse. Enjoy fishing at the Chase State Lake just a few miles up the road or wade through the cool waters of the Chase Lake Falls and wildlife area. Located in a very old town.

You are renting a century-old homestead house. The bathroom on the main floor, 5 beds upstairs. Extra charge for more than 2. If you are physically impaired, stairs may be challenging for you. The main level features two queen bedrooms, a TV room, bath, kitchen and lakeview room overlooking the large, gently sloping yard and lake. Our furry friends will abide for your attention and will be a constant companion as you stroll down to the creek or up the trail to catch the setting sun. Life is better in the Country!

We are in a rural setting with the nearest neighbor one mile away and out of sight. Your host couple live approximately 100 yards away. There are plenty of trees between the two houses so your privacy is assured. Be advised you will have to travel on 2 miles of gravel roads. Our place can be your “Country Home Away from Home”

Grace Hill Grain Bin-A Unique Cabin by the Pond

We are looking forward to your visit at the Grace Hill Grain Bin. This distinctive spot is perfect for a weekend getaway or for an entire week stay. The unique, custom-built house was constructed in 1988 from a 45' grain bin by my father. The house has a large pond, perfect for sunset views. With 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, it can comfortably accommodate up to 6 guests. Enjoy smores at the fire pit, and watching the sunset from the porch swing.

The Lark Inn Guest House on Main is a newly refurbished 1890’s prairie house, fully furnished and ready to sleep 4+ guests ( comfortable for 4 guests but can accommodate up to 6 guests) it is a one bedroom with a sunroom and 1 bath.
