Welcome to the Craftsman Bungalow Guest House. This special place is close to everything, making it easy to plan your visit. It is a 1930's Sears Craftsman home located near downtown Greenup, about 1 mile from Rt 70. Greenup, known as the Village of the Porches between Interstate 70, IL RT 40 and IL RT 130, with over 1500 residents. Our Main Street (Cumberland St/Il Rt 121) is also part of the National Road, attractive old architecture, beautiful overhanging porches leading to our Covered Bridge

Archer Avenue Speakeasy Loft

The Speakeasy Loft is located on the third floor of the Archer Avenue Lofts in the historic district of Marshall, IL. The building was built in 1895 and the third floor was a Speakeasy during the days of Prohibition. The building has been renovated with the Gypsy Queen Coffee Bar on the first floor. The walls were left as they were found and looking close you will find original writing on them from back in the day. The stage still has its original wood floor. The Speakeasy has its own vibe!

Centrally located to 3 colleges and 2 hospitals in a peaceful neighborhood, this cozy, open concept studio guesthouse is perfect for a short- or long-term stay. This newly renovated garage apartment to guesthouse requires no steps and features a spacious fenced in area for your pet. Creativity abounds in this uniquely decorated space. Couch in living room is able to pull out into bed and there is a futon in the game room downstairs. Backyard is fully fenced. Close to Union Hospital, ISU and many local restaurants and shops.
