We welcome infants (still sleeping in a cot) with a change of $30 per day. Island Guesthouse

Private guesthouse, max 2 guests. It has a queen size bed, bathroom, toilet, AC, walk in wardrobe, roller shutter window, living room, kitchenette and private entrance. Left side of Driveway or street parking. WIFI, TV with Netflix Airport and city are 15-20 mins drive away. 10 mins walk to bus stops and restaurants 5 mins drive to major facilities. linen, towels, blanket, shower gel, shampoo, conditioner, well equipped kitchenette No Laundry facilities but we live at the back and happy to help.

The apartment is adjoined to our house but you have total privacy and private access and off-road parking. Situated on a quiet street, very close to the Shelley foreshore (5 mins walk) and amenities 200 metres away including a popular cafe, takeaway restaurants, beautician, podiatrist, bottle shop, hairdresser, and bus stops. Bus stops give easy access to Perth City and Fremantle.

Enjoy complete privacy in our cozy guest house, nestled in a convenient location in the heart of Murdoch. 5 min walk to Murdoch University (via underpass). 5 min drive to the local grocery store and cafes. 10 minute bus ride to Murdoch Station. 15 min bus ride to Fiona Stanley Hospital. My husband and I live on the property at the back of the house, however your space is in a separate section at the front of the house, offering complete privacy and comfort.

A welcoming, cosy home at this peaceful and centrally located property. A short walk to bus routes, 5 min drive to riverfront, 15 min from the city, 20 min from the beach. Walking distance to Perth's beautiful Swan River precinct, coffee shops, supermarket and restaurants. We can accommodate two adults and a child under the age of 12. We have a cot available for infants. ( 3rd Adult by arrangement only)
