Fully fenced, down a quiet cul de sac in Whatuwhiwhi, overlooking Perehipe Bay, on the beautiful Karikari Peninsula. A few minutes walk in gorgeous native bush to a lovely safe swimming beach. Or drive right to beach. Perfect calm bay for swimming and paddleboarding etc. Launch the boat off the beach ramp, spend the day fishing in Doubtless Bay or go out wide for game fish or off the rocks at the beach.

Bay Studio

Bay Studio is an ideal holiday spot if you want an attractive and restful environment, within walking distance to the picturesque Mangonui village. There are various walking tracks nearby, including walks to scenic lookouts and Rangikapiti Pa. Coopers Beach is close by, and is fringed by lovely Pohutukawa trees, and is perfect for strolls or swims. You are spoilt for choice when it comes to golden beaches, coffee shops, art galleries and places of historical interest in the Far North area.
