The bedroom includes a king-size bed and chest of drawers for storage. HD TV in lounge; WiFi (95mbps down); Alexa speakers with smart lights throughout (you can still just use the switches);voice-activated smart heating (again, you can just press the buttons); the fully-fitted kitchen includes kettle, microwave,FF, oven, and a Nespresso coffee machine.

Lymm Gem Family Guest House

Welcome to our little gem in Cheshire :) It’s lovely and tranquil but with excellent access to motorways. Lymm is a lovely village with lots of quaint pubs, the ‘Penny’ dam, historic Bridgewater canal, and the Transpennine Trail, excellent for cycling and dog walking. You’ll get a full guest house with a master bedroom, double bed and ample room, and a bunk bed with two single beds. A sofa bed is also available downstairs. We have an EV charge point on the drive which can be used at extra cost.

It is also a 5 minute walk on a private road which then gains you access into the national trust of Lyme park , with various walking routes. Inside : private and self contained. Gas central heating , kitchen, bedroom, separate toilet and shower room and a lounge upstairs. Outside : Private parking and patio area

The Old Vicarage Coach house was built in 1750 as part of a farmhouse. In 1860 the property was purchased as a Vicarage for the Church. Now completely refurbished it is warm, with stunning views across farmland to the Pennine hills. It has its own entrance where there is a washer dryer. Up the oak staircase to a kitchen with fridge, microwave/oven and induction hob, bathroom (shower), double bed with sofa and TV. Close to Lyme park and Peak District but 15 minutes from Manchester Airport.

Cosy lounge and well equipped kitchen area. Large shower room. Private, covered veranda. Use of laundry facilities. A peaceful, spotlessly clean home-from-home!

'The Vestry' is an 1846 church building, now a delightful studio cottage for couples, families or business trips with easy access to Manchester airport/city. On the edge of the Peak District it includes a comfortable double bed, 2 single beds on the mezzanine. Relax in front of the wood burning stove, or on the lovely rear deck overlooking our brook and woodland. It’s an easy 5 minute walk to the village with great pubs, shops and restaurants. We have an EV charger available at 20p/pkh

Little House, Altrincham & Manchester, private ent

A cosy garden cottage, with separate entrance, private bathroom, bed nook, kitchen and shared garden. A peaceful space from which explore south Manchester and the city. The cottage has a full sized double bed with lots of pillows and a comfy duvet and electric blanket. A large sofa easily accommodates an extra body if you prefer to sleep separately. We also have a travel cot for babies. The cottage is set up for 2 adults, with 2 kids, but not really suitable for more than 3 grown ups.

There is also a dining table perfect as a workspace or for enjoying meals. Please note there currently isnt a stove.

La Petite Maison offers guests a peaceful yet stylish place to stay. With all of its own amenities it is both comfortable and practical. It also boasts its own garden space. A superb location with the nearest tram being a short walk (12 minutes) away providing links into Manchester city centre and Manchester Airport. It has a large bedroom with a king size bed and the living area is equipped with a very comfortable sofa bed to allow the number of guests to increase to four.
