Misty Mountain Hut - Ruapehu

Misty Mountain Hut-Ruapehu is located in the sleepy little village of Rangataua, 5 minutes distance to Mountain road going up to the Turoa skifield and Ohakune. The 1 bedroom colonial villa has a beautiful view of the mountain. Unlimited wifi and a new firebox with plenty of firewood and a heat pump ensure you are warm in winter. My favourite time here is summer for amazing walks/cycling up mountains to enjoy majestic views. Misty Mountain Hut supports local staff by paying $40/hr for cleaning.

Jervoistown is a quiet semi-rural neighborhood. 10 minutes drive to Napier or Hastings. 5 minutes drive to the Church Road and Mission Estate wineries. 15 minute walk to Greenmeadows supermarket and cafe. Smoking permitted outside only.

The Cottage

A private self contained cottage in a rural setting. This restored 1930's cottage is very cosy and comfortable. A heat pump is available for those chilly nights. The Cottage is located on a lifestyle block approximately 14 km from the centre of Palmerston North. The cottage looks out over a pond and paddocks with ducks and sheep. Guest access is by keypad on the main entry gate to the property.
