Completely separate lockable access to a generously sized, sunny studio apartment, with undercover parking next to your entrance. A mountain bike park on the back doorstep or a scenic walk into town. The walk back up is steep and requires moderate fitness. Otherwise sit back and drink in the view or wander in the garden.

It is 10 minutes walk to supermarkets, cafes, takeaways and town . Recently renovated everything is crisp and new with a smart tv and air conditioning . There is outdoor seating and off road parking . We live upstairs and are happy to help you enjoy your time here in Nelson.

House is situated on Britannia Heights overlooking Tasman Bay with beautiful sea views and an outdoor swimming pool. Our guest space is on the ground floor of our house which offers 3 bedrooms, bathroom and a large lounge and kitchenette. 20 minute walk into town. 5 minute walk to the ocean. There is Netflix and Sky TV available in the lounge and a BBQ for your use.
