Included in your stay is your very own private garden, complete with hot tub & summerhouse to relax in. The property also has private parking plus a secret woodland hideaway. Within walking distance is both Sharsted Wood and Doddington Place Gardens which are great for exploring, plus our local pubs - The Black Lion and The Chequers Inn which are perfect for a spot of lunch or a dinner reservation.

Spacious barn conversion with views of the countryside. The Barn is an ideal location to use as a base for visiting the many places of interest or for a relaxing holiday. There are many National Trust properties within a small radius together with historic gardens and local vineyards. Tenterden and Rye are a short drive and Camber Sands, with its sandy beach, is a must. There are a number of local pubs which serve food, The White Hart within a few minutes walk, and many others not far away.

Nestled in the beautiful Kent countryside lies 'Hazy Fields'. A rustic shepherds hut with private hot tub for two, located next to our wildlife enriched pond, and surrounding fields. This really is a place to relax, soak up the relaxed atmosphere, gaze up at the stars and enjoy that well deserved break away. Situated between the medieval town of Sandwich and seaside coast of Deal within a 10 minute drive each way. Canterbury just 20 minutes further, there is plenty to see whilst away.

Grand Bubble

Grand bubble sleeps 4 people who can enjoy the ultimate view of nature. You can fall asleep with the stars and wake up to the rising sun. This bubble has the wow factor and includes your own hot tub, BBQ, a shower, a flushing toilet, outdoor chess set and a golf buggy. The bubble is very secluded set at a bottom of a 12 acre field off a woodland. Out side of the bubble is a very large outdoor gazebo with comfy seating and a large gas bbq so even if it rains you can still bbq comfortably.

Surrounded by arable farm land with tranquil surrounding country side with a variety of walks at your doorstep. The Times featured us! Sappington Granary is a secluded, romantic hideaway in pretty Kent countryside. This 200yr-old wooden farm building has been updated, but retains its unusual charm. Delightfully & individually decorated, it is one of a kind. Inside it is snug & romantic. Perfect for little breaks, peacefully isolated but still close to Canterbury and beaches. Walk in nearby woods, the local valleys or even (if very energetic) to the pub, it is the perfect couples' break.
