In een voormalige stal hebben wij een studio gerealiseerd met woon/slaapruimte, keuken met combi-oven, inductie kookplaat, ijskast met vriesvakje, alle benodigde keuken materialen en een badkamer met toilet, regen douche en badmeubel. Op 10 minuten van Valkenburg en Gulpen en 15 minuten van Maastricht ligt deze studio toch vrij centraal maar wel rustig gelegen. Vanuit de studio zijn heerlijke wandel en fietsroutes te bereiken

Paul's place

This flat is close to public transport and within easy walking distance of the town centre. The street outside is extremely quiet, and this apartment is at the rear of the main building, thus ensuring a truly peaceful stay for our guests. It is ideally oriented towards the southwest, capturing maximum sun, late morning to late evening. It is great for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers. This is not my original studio/loft of earlier times!! Key words: Calm, sunny, modern!!

It's easy to get to the city by car (15-20 minutes), turning to the other direction it’s a short way to Eifel, Hohes Venn and Monschau. Check-in from 3.00 p.m. Check-out by 12.00 noon (Early Check-in and late check-out may be possible by appointment, depending on connecting bookings.)

In one of the most beautiful and oldest streets of Maastricht you’ll find this lovely loft with a wintergarden (Serre) and a outside garden in the middle of the city center. Its situated in an old monumental building from the late 17th century. The studio is on the ground floor wich means you dont need to clime any stairs. Its a 5-10 minute walk from the central station.
