Huset är ca 24 m2 (inklusive loft och toalett), är byggt 2023 och har fullutrustat kök, toalett med dusch och tvättmaskin. På loftet finns 2 sovplatser(obs, något lågt i tak) och i vardagsrummet finns en bäddsoffa för 2. Från en altandörr når man en egen liten uteplats. Barnstol och studsmatta kan lånas ut vid behov.
