Extendable corner set sofa in the living room is suitable for 1-2 persons, while the central dining table is extendable for six. There is a public parking space in front of the apartment, which is partly free of charge. Beaches, walking trails and parks are all close, together with shops, cafes and bars. Located on Lapad peninsula, in a quiet part of Dubrovnik, dining recommendations include a fish restaurant, also called Orsan, in front of the apartment. Local market is very close where you can find delicious groceries for your meal.

Udoban jednosoban stan, smješten u lijepom i mirnom okruženju poluotoka Dubrovnika Lapad. Apartman ima prostrani balkon s pogledom na more. Apartman je 150 metara od mora i na minutu je udaljen od šetnice Uvala Lapad! Za dolazak do šetališta i plaže, morate proći oko 160 stepenica, u Dubrovniku je nažalost nemoguće izbijeći stepenice. Our lovely apartment is located in Lozica, small and quite area just 5 km outside Dubrovnik. What makes Lozica so special is that is located on the shore and is sunbathed all day, offering you spectacular view on Adriatic, island Daksa and peninsula. The closest supermarket and restaurants are located 2 km from apartment. Bus no 3A operates between Lozica and Dubrovnik (doesn't operate on weekends and national holidays). Car is not necessary, but it is better to have one.
