This is an area with only a few houses, ideal for a peaceful holiday. You can enjoy swimming and snorkeling in the crystal clear sea overlooking the panoramic views of the island. We are situated in the very center of city of Rijeka, on the seafront only a minute walk to the main city promenade Corso. Bus and railway stations are just nearby. Quick and easy access to all kinds of cultural, tourist and all other town facilities; restaurants, shops, banks, post offices, museums, pharmacies... In the neighbourhood there is the town market and larger number of restaurants with varied cuisine. Parking is located directly in front of the entrance and is free for my guests

The Terrace

This studio apartment for two is situated above Mošćenicka Draga. The best thing about studio is magnificent view on the Kvarner gulf which you will never forget. You have 4 km of road from the Adriatic sea and from the one of the most beautiful beaches in Croatia...Sipar in Mošćenička Draga and 1km from Mošćenice. There is a way through the wood by foot and you are on the beach in 15 min . Car recomended. Except the view you can enjoy peaceful area without many poeple and see real Croatia.

Cute vacation house surrounded by green area

Medieval Old city of Buzet lies on a hilltop above a fertile valley of the longest Istrian river Mirna which is visible from the large Skadanjs' terrace. Skadanj is situated in a small village Krbavčići near the mountainous plateau Ćićarija. Previously, Skadanj was an old threshing barn that has been built by our grandparents, located at the end of the village and surrounded by the green area. In 2017 it was renovated. Outside the house is a beautiful swimming pool with the wooden sun deck.

This beautiful 2 bedroom, air conditioned apartment, with lovely garden terrace, is located below Mošćenice and a breath away from the sea. Just a short stroll to the beach below (10 minutes) and old fort above (8 minutes). All the magic of Mediterranean seaside is literally on your doorstep. The apartment sleeps up to 6 people. It has 1 bedroom with a queen sized bed and additional sofa beds, and 1 twin bedded bedroom. one bathroom with a shower cubicle, and a fully equipped kitchen.

The kitchen is equipped with all modern appliances and utensils (Villeroy & Boch). Refrigerator, dishwasher, coffee machine, oven, microwave, hob, toaster, kettle, mixer.

This place's real value does not lie indors, but outdoors. It has a spacious terrace, a garden with fruit trees and open access to the meadows and forest. Tourist tax (2,5 €/person/night) is included in price! It is comfortable for 2 adults. For 3 it is a little crowded.
