Shiny was a custom heavy-duty portable dental office, converted in 2019 to a 500 sf Tiny by the builder host. Pet Friendly, cute & cozy. Lake Access to kayak, swim or boat. This is a small lake house with deep water access on spring creek at Lake Weiss. We have a 2 level boat dock and private boat ramp for small boats . The upper deck is great for sunning or enjoying the views and below is great for parking ur boat, fishing and swimming. We have a kamado Joe grill for smoking, roasting or grilling and a gas grill for convenience. Great screened in porch for times the bugs are out. Our house us pet friendly as well. Great vacation spot for time on the lake!!

The Goat Farm Getaway at South of Sanity Farms

Enjoy a peaceful night away from the busyness of life on our farm. Our 34' camper has 1 bedroom with a queen size bed, full bath, full kitchen, living area with a loveseat and a futon that folds to a full size bed, table that seats 4, a TV and dvd player. With your own deck facing west towards the pond you can enjoy beautiful sunsets and the sounds of our animals around you. Please note that there is no wifi or cable tv in the getaway. So far everyone has had good cell signal.

Baths: 1 full, a jack and jill (2 toilets & 2 sinks, one shower), and 1 half bath. Pool is open mid-April through mid-October, depending on weather.

Ashland is the nearest town only 6 miles away and has several restaurants including McDonalds, several privately owned cafes and a Piggly Wiggly for groceries. There is a Dollar General in Millerville just 2 miles away.
