This is truly a fantastic place. It is an old totally renovated fishery. The size is 180 square meters, and the pier is 200 squares. The house has everything you need and appears today as a new exclusive modern house. It has 2 bath, bathtub, 4 bedrooms with a big bed, modern kitchen, very good WIFI, 65" TV, washing machine and dryer, fireplace and an exclusive sauna. You’ll be surrounded by dramatic green peaks, the open water, and the raw, unspoiled beauty of Norwegian nature.

Moderne rorbu, ny 2018, til leie på Ballstad. Utsikt til store deler av den kjente Lofotveggen. Fjellene med turstier rett utenfor døren. Den populære Hauklandstranda ligger ca 15 minutter fra rorbua. Leknes by, flyplass og hurtigruten i kort avstand til rorbua. Ønsker du å prøve lykken i den fiskerike Vestfjorden, er leie av båt mulig. I månedene jan-april pågår det kjente Lofotfisket, og du kan oppleve dette fisket på Ballstad, som er et av Lofotens største og livskraftige fiskevær.

Nyoppusset vinterisolert og barnevennlig rorbu på påler. Vår herlige rorbu ligger i historiske Kræmmervika på Ballstad. Ballstad er et levende fiskevær i flotte Lofoten. Rorbua er 120 år og totalrenovert og har alle moderne fasiliteter og likevel den historiske sjarmen. Det er nytt bad og nytt stort kjøkken med oppvaskmaskin. Du må kun gå noen få meter langs kaien så finner du en god restaurant som er åpen i sommersesongen . Rett ute av døren finner du vakkert turterreng som venter...

Inneholder gang, bad, 1 soverom, stue og kjøkken. Liten privat uteplass. Parkering for 1 bil like ved inngangen. Eierne bor i hovedleiligheten i huset. Leiligheten ligger på Ørsnes, ca 9 km. fra byen Svolvær. Andre steder i nærheten: Kabelvåg 5 km. Henningsvær 15 km Harstad/Narvik lufthavn Evenes 174 km Å i Lofoten 120 km.

It is situated a 10 minute drive from Leknes and the airport. This cabin is in the middle of a peaceful and quiet and private area with own parking and hiking close by.

Walking distance to mountains and beach. Good opportunities for fishing for sea trout right outside the living room door. Cross country slope 100m from the cottage. Sun from early morning to late evening. The perfect starting point for an active and relaxing Lofoten holiday!
