Fern Cottage is on rear of our property with private entrance as well as its own outdoor spaces which include seating, fire pit and lots of shade, front entrance has porch with swing. It is fully furnished There is an under counter fridge in the kitchen and full size fridge located outside your bedroom door in garage. Off street parking provided. NO smoking unit. No exceptions. No more than 2 pets allowed NO AGGRESSIVE PETS. There is a $25 pet fee please be courteous and pay when reserving

Great retreat!!!!! This tiny house is open and feels spacious and well equipped for a weekend or over nite stay. Located by a stocked pond excellent for fishing. Enjoy serene hiking areas excellent for peace and getting back to nature. Horses are nearby so enjoy watching them play. All the amenities you can imagine, full size refrigerator, oven and microwave and washer and dryer. A romantic picnic area with soft lights and plenty of privacy. Pet friendly! Welcome to the Hillcrest Hideaway, our sweet backyard carriage house located in the Historic Hillcrest area of Little Rock. This charming and safe home is within a 15 minute walking distance of many restaurants and shopping, as well as UAMS hospital and War Memorial Stadium. Downtown is a 5 minute drive, or if traveling without a car, a $6 Uber ride.
