This one bedroom apartment is annexed within our family home but benefits from its own entrance and facilities. Quiet village location but easy access to transport links (Heathrow is 20 mins drive, London 35 mins on the train). We are on the edge of the Chilterns, an UNESCO recognised Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. We are taking bookings using the Covid19 guidelines and legislation set out on the UK government website. There is ample parking which leads through a garden path to a self contained annexe with private access. Newly refurbished this annexe contains a double bedroom, a separate sitting area with workstation, a small kitchenette with fridge and microwave. A modern shower room with a spacious rainfall shower is also provided.

The Cottage is situated in the delightful village of Little Marlow with two friendly pubs which serve food and a 12th century church. It is set in a conservation area adjoining a nature reserve with a large lake and a footpath that leads you to the river Thames. The picturesque river towns of Marlow, Henley and Windsor are nearby and London is only half an hours train journey. Boats and paddle boards can be hired locally and the area is great for walking, cycling and bird watching.
