Dies ist ein klassisches rbnb. Wir vermieten unsere privaten Räume an private Personen. Nicht an Firmen und Monteure - bitte nehmt Abstand von Buchungen, die nicht für euch selbst sind. Unser Ferienappartement liegt direkt am See, ist saniert und sehr hochwertig ausgestattet (ca. 90qm). Es gibt ein großes Doppelbett (200 x 200) und ein Schlafsofa getrennt nur durch eine CABINET-Schiebetür. (Keine Geräuschdämmung - deswegen hellhörig). Anlegemöglichkeit für Boote nach Absprache. Bis zum Berliner Ortsschild sind es 500m. Zum Bahnhof Wannsee 10 Minuten mit dem Bus, und von dort ist man in 17 Minuten am Hauptbahnhof (Berlin). Bitte keine Hunde mitbringen. Im TV gibt es ein Amazon fire TV Stick mit Filmen auf deutsch und englisch. Welcome to this unique carriage house (90sqm). Built in 1922, it has been carefully restored and converted with high-quality materials. This romantic remise is located on Potsdam villa premises featuring old fruit and walnut trees, directly at the shore of Jungfernsee. In the summer, you can enjoy a swim in the lake before breakfast, if you wish. Only a stone’s throw away from the world-famous Glienicke Bridge. For decades during the Cold War, the bridge was the place where spies were exchanged.

The Two Bedroom apartment has a total size of 59m² and includes 2 bathrooms (shower/bathtub with professional hair dryer and cosmetic), a living room with sofa bed and TV, a Double Bedroom with TV and a Single Bedroom. It also has large cabinet space, a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine and coffee machine, dining table. It can accommodate up to 3 adults and one child/infant (a child up to 9 years on a sofa bed and/or an infant in an extra cot).

This modern flat is located in the new Carlotta apartment building in the centre of Charlottenburg.
