Make you trip to Edinburgh truly memorable with a stay at Craigiehall Temple. Built in 1759 and situated in its own grounds on a former part of the Craigiehall Estate, it's Grade A listed for its stunning portico displaying the arms of the 1st Marquess of Annandale. A plaque on the wall carries a quote from Horace: "Dum Iicet in rebus jucundis vive beatus", "Live happy while you can among joyful things". It has been designed and curated to include all my favourite things for you to enjoy! A 10 minute walk to central Edinburgh, and a 2 minute walk from the tram stop, the flat is well connected. The neighbourhood itself is gorgeous, trendy and hip - with lots of independent restaurants, coffee and brunch spots you can explore.

Modern apartment, tastefully decorated with fully equipped kitchen and bathroom. 1st floor flat with carpeted stairwell. Flat is situated next door to Victor Hugo Restaurant and Malt and Hops Public House. A prime location for all the local bars and restaurants but set back from the street and to the rear of the building so a quiet space. Very easy access into town, tram stop a couple of minutes walk away.

The flat comfortably accommodates 3-4 people, although there are 5 potential bed spaces. It has a fine outlook: the front window looks onto the river and cobbled streets of Leith, Edinburgh's port city, now regenerated into an upmarket residential and recreational area. The sights of central Edinburgh are just a 20-minute ride away - buses leaving every few minutes from right outside the door; trams all the way to the airport a 2 minute walk away. This is a chic, comfortable apartment.

It’s a calm, comfortable ground-floor flat with a private garden patio, which is a genuine bonus on a rare sunny Edinburgh day. You’re perfectly placed halfway between the historic city centre and vibrant Leith, both an easy walk away. The Balfour Street tram stop is just 5 minutes on foot, with direct links to the airport.

Lovely Guest Suite in Central Edinburgh

Beautifully furnished one-bedroom guest suite in a central, but quiet, location and within walking distance of most tourist attractions - also a good bus service is nearby. The guest suite is a real home from home - comfortable for up to three people. It is part of my home but is a private space. As I live in the same building, I am available if you need help or advice. PARKING: you MUST let me know if you plan to bring a car BEFORE booking. The available parking won't suit everyone.

Leith is famous for its community feeling and openness and has a diverse range of pubs, cafes and restaurants along the entire strip. The scenic Shore area is a ten minute walk away. The Edinburgh trams now run a service direct from Edinburgh Airport to the apartment. The stop is at the Foot of the Walk, less than 3 minutes away. The trams also stops near both city centre train stations.
