Three Nooks is a recently converted barn and has many original features as well as modern comforts including underfloor heating downstairs, excellent WiFi and finished to a high standard. Part of the ‘Cliffe Park farm stays’ and situated within parkland on a working farm which has 3/4 mile frontage to Rudyard Lake as well as having the Staffordshire Way footpath running through making this a great base for exploring the beautiful surrounding countryside and attractions.

Tucked away in the unspoilt village of Butterton it’s surrounded by beautiful walking & cycling routes, including Thors Cave. Located right on the water's edge of Rudyard Lake in a conservation area of the Staffordshire Moorlands, this bespoke boathouse conversion is an ideal romantic break for 2 in a very beautiful, quiet setting surrounded by woodland with perfect views up and down the lake. Although we can accommodate 4 in total, Inglenook boathouse is most suited for couples. The sofa bed is comfortable for up to two children but not suitable for two adults.
