Η θέση του είναι ιδιαίτερα προνομιακή, αφού βρίσκεται πολύ κοντά στην παραλία της Λάρδου, στην τουριστική περιοχή των Πεύκων και της Λίνδου. Η πρόσβαση στο κατάλυμα είναι πολύ εύκολη, αφού βρίσκεται πάνω στην επαρχιακή οδό και κοντά σε στάση λεωφορείου. Επίσης, οι επισκέπτες μπορούν γρήγορα να έχουν πρόσβαση σε αρτοποιείο για πρωινό και σνακ όπως και σε αρκετά εστιατόρια και σούπερ μάρκετ στην γύρω περιοχή.

There are 4 bedrooms in th villa ( 2 bedrooms with double beds and 2 bedrooms with 2 single beds) and there is sofa bed and armchair bed that is why it is possible to allocate up to 10 people at the villa at the same time.
