Beach house with stunning view over the sea

Panoramavy över Östersjön, 15 meter till badstrand med brygga och strandcafé. Somna och vakna till vågornas brus. Två sängar där du ligger på första parkett och ser ut över havet. Pentry med två kokplattor, microugn, kaffebryggare, kyl och frysskåp. Liten matplats, två fåtöljer, TV, Wi-Fi. Badrum med dusch o wc. Stor terrass, gasolgrill. Huset ligger mitt i kustbyn Svarte, ca 6 km till Ystad dit du lätt kör med bil eller cyklar längs havet. Busshållplats och tågstation med goda kommunikationer.

The Beach House - enjoyment at the water's edge

This Beach house is situated directly to the beach with a 180 degree view to Sweden and Kronborg. Great pleasure activities (the sea, the forest, lakes, Kronborg Castle and Søfartsmuseet (Unesco Attraction). You will love this house due to he fabulous sea view, direct assess to the sea and the light. On the other side of the road is the preserved forest Teglstruphegn with large old oak trees. Very romantic. This is a place to be mindfull. Many guests just stay to enjoy the view all seasons.

Bo på en gård anno 2022. Nybyggt stenhus i en vacker omgivning och med en fantastisk utsikt över landskap och hav. En unik boendeupplevelse med idealiska förutsättningar för lugn, närhet till naturen och Bjärehalvöns alla utflyktsmål. Under 2025 har vi inte färdigställt den närmaste miljön runt huset men en altan med utemöbler finns. Vi ombesörjer sängkläder och handdukar. Vill du att vi tar hand om slutstädning kostar det 600kr. Under vintersäsong 1/11-1/3 har vi stängt för bokning.

Kåret til Danmarks Skønneste Sommerhus 2014

Den smukke Faxe bugt og Noret lige udenfor huset sætter rammen for et helt vidunderligt sted. Huset blev kåret som vinder af programmet Danmarks skønneste Sommerhus på DR1 (2014). De velindrettede 50 m2, med op til 4 m. til loftet passer perfekt til et par - men er også ideelt til familien med 2-3 børn. Året rundt kan der bades i ”Svenskerhullet” ml. Roneklint og den lille fine ø Maderne, som ejes af Nysø slot. 10 km fra Præstø. Desuden er landskabet skabt til smukke gå – og cykelture.

Unique Cottage, Private Beach, flex check-out L-S

Welcome to this amazing and cozy cottage located on undisturbed natural land and with direct access to private beach. The house is decorated in modern beach house style – ”simple living” with a great amount of charm and a personal touch! The House is located on a 3.600 square meters plot, where the 2.000 square meters are beach and sea. The beach is private (though the public has access). But since it is private and there is no big parking lot you'll mostly have the beach to yourself!

Cozy cabin in the woods with sauna close to lake!

A super cozy timber cabin in the woods. This place is made for the adventurous or for a relaxing getaway. Just take our rowing boat for a swim at the lake, use our digital maps with paths only the locals know walking or biking, take a sauna or just cuddle upp in front of the huge soapstone stove. The cabin is around 50 m² and sleeps 5 persons with 2 single beds and 2 double beds to choose from. Firewood, maps, sauna, rowing boat etc is all inclusive & dogs are of course welcome too!

Vid Öresund

Nu har du chansen att slappna av och trivas i ett fantastiskt läge bara 25 meter från stranden. Du får en hänförande 180 graders utsikt över Öresund, Ven och Danmark. Skåneleden passerar utanför fönstret och leder till restauranger, bad, golfbana o Landskrona centrum. Du kommer att bo i ett trevligt nyrenoverat rum med litet kök och eget badrum. I rummet finns en bekväm dubbelsäng samt vid behov tillgång till en gästsäng för ett större barn och en resesäng för ett mindre barn.

Ålabodarna Seaside

Ålabodarna Seaside is a wonderful small house right by the sea in the picturesque fishing village south of Helsingborg. Here the house sits beautifully nestled between the castle Örenäs Slott and the harbour with the sea on your doorstep. The amazing views stretches across to Ven and Denmark and all the way to the Öresund bridge on a clear day. Fancy a bite? There are two restaurants within a 5 minute walking distance.

Gästhus i Sibbarp med uteplats

Välkommen att bo i vår vackra trädgårdsstuga. Stugan är belägen i Sibbarp, en vacker del av Limhamn med gångavstånd till hav och grönområde. Det finns ett mysigt uteliv och nära till livsmedelsbutiker. Smidiga förbindelser till centrala Malmö men även mot Hyllie och Köpenhamn. Den fristånde stugan på ca 20m2 ligger i vår trädgård med egen ingång och uteplats. 24h gratis parkering finns på gatan framför stugan.

Förtjusande strandnära hus med uteplats

Slappna av i detta unika och lugna boende vid Öresunds strandlinje i vackra Borstahusen. Borstahusen är ett litet samhälle utanför Landskrona och närhet till Helsingborg och Malmö. I Borstahusens hamn finns konsthall, flertal restauranger och fiskaffär. Det finns härliga bad och bra promenad/vandringsleder. Bostaden ligger i närheten av golfbana.

This cosy cabin is located at the edge of the forest. The days can be filled with walks in the forest, socializing on the terrace, a good book in front of the fireplace and last but not least, end the relaxing day with a visit in the small sauna. The beautiful lake Svenstorpssjön is only a 15 minute walk from the cottage.
