In the spacious lounge area is dining table and large sofa that can be mad, again an internet TV Outside is a patio area with table and chairs. Please note the apartment is accessed via an external staircase

Set over three floors, surrounded by beautiful gardens, it has been renovated with great care, to the highest standard of design, using quality materials and finishes. It is a place to rest and unwind, to wander and sit in a garden full of wildlife, to gaze at the ever-changing views. It's 12 minutes walk from Kendal town center's many independent shops and restaurants and 5 minutes walk to our local pub the Rifleman's Arms.

Nestled in the hills 5 minutes outside Kendal, the hut sits in its own private meadow, enjoying far reaching views of the fells. Choose to hunker down in the hut with a book, play board games and unplug from the rest of the world or use it as a base to explore Kendal and the beautiful Lake District National Park. The Hut offers the best of all worlds: it borders a nature reserve, is just 0.7 miles from Lancaster station, is a 10 minute walk from the historic city centre, with its many cafés and museums and a stone's throw from the Lancaster Canal where you can amble along taking in the wildlife, boats and pubs. The retreat is totally secluded, but still just a minutes walk to Sedbergh's lovely pubs and cafes. Welcome to our cute wooden cabin at Pattys Barn located 10 mins south of the historic city of Lancaster, nestled along the picturesque coastline of Morecambe Bay. Inside, you'll find an open-concept living area with fire. The cabin sleeps up to four people and the kitchen and bathroom area are a stone's throw from the cabin (approximately 10 second walk) and are fully equipped so you can whip up delicious meals and enjoy some alfresco dining.
