The Bird and Bike

This little flat, built into the end of our shed, is simple but quirky. Don't expect all brand spanking new plates and cutlery from Ikea - we've upcycled almost everything (except linen and towels). Set 30 metres from the main house, you'll have privacy to come and go as you please, but we love a chat if you do too! We're on 5 acres. Birdlife is right outside your door (- often including our chickens!). We're ten minutes walk from a beautiful estuary beach and 4km out of Marlo township.

Koala Kottage’s refurbished interior features a living area, dining area, exquisite large en suite bathroom with garden courtyard view and an ultra modern fully equipped kitchen . There is also an eating area and BBQ outside on the vine covered deck or make use of the seated fire pit area with a barbecue cooking plate . Luxury pet friendly beach house 250m from the amazing 90 mile beach with Starlink super fast internet. The house has a new kitchen with Miele appliances including an inbuilt coffee machine. 2 new bathrooms, one is outdoors with stone bath under the stars. Large front deck with a lovely view of the sunset over the lake and a great back yard with fire pit and hydrotherapy hot tub. The house also has a pot belly fire to keep you warm on the cooler winter nights.
