神奈川唯一の村である清川村にあるドッグラン付きの1棟貸しヴィラです。真横に小鮎川がながれており、滞在中は心地よい川のせせらぎが聞こえます。 フルリノベーションをしたヴィラのリビングとつながった広いテラスからは目の前にひろがる芝生や里山が心地よい空間を作り出しています。 都会の喧噪から離れ、自然の中でインフィニティチェアで星を眺めながらサウナ後の外気浴、BBQは最高のひとときです。テントサウナは煙突に防雨笠がついているため、多少の雨でもサウナをお楽しみいただけます。里山のアロマロウリュ付プライベートサウナを滞在中お好きな時に何度でもお楽しみいただけます。 テラス部分には開閉式のオーニングがあるため、多少の雨でもBBQをテラスでお楽しみいただけます。 連泊して日中にゆったりとサウナやBBQをしながらお過ごしいただくのがおすすめです。 以前有料としていたBBQ、サウナ、ピザ釜、焚火台のご利用はすべて無料対応に変更しました。施設の薪使用も無料です。 近隣には宮ヶ瀬ダム、温泉、オギノパン工場、服部牧場、カフェ、ツリーアドベンチャーなどテレビで頻繁に紹介される人気スポットが多数あります。

We call this is [ Craft resort ] , there is nothing similar one , nowhere exist same type of accommodation.All the land is 630 square meter, there is cafe, shop, workshop room and villa.Staff are friendly we are proud of our beautiful TAKAO area. Also here is ideal location to Mt.Fuji and Tokyo-city , just in the middle of both area. If you want to save the time to move, Takao in Hachioji is the best place to stay. Good for Digital Nomads, we have comfortable working chair & desk on demand.

Shinkirou is a detached house with a "wellness" theme, designed to allow guests to spend a relaxing time in nature. The house is rented exclusively, so it is suitable for families with children and groups. It can also be used for business stays. There is an exercise space on the first floor. You can train on an exercise bike and abdominal machine. We have taken measures against insects, but since we are in the mountains surrounded by nature, please forgive some insects from entering.

宿泊先「下村（したむら）のはなれ」は中央線藤野駅から車で約20分程度の所で、山梨県上野原市と神奈川県相模原市緑区の県境にあります。都会から車で1時間余りで、自然豊かな里山ののどかな風景が広がっています。「下村のはなれ」は我が家の屋号から名付けました。 宿泊用の離れはコンパクトながらプライベートな空間を確保でき、ガーデンルームからは四季折々の風景が楽しめます。この地域では、昭和初期にはまだ車が普及しておらず、主に馬、牛、山羊、鶏などを馬屋で飼育して生活を営んでおりました。我が家の敷地内にリノベーションした馬屋があり、趣のある空間となっております。馬屋もゲスト専用スペースです。お子様連れ歓迎、小型犬1頭までOKです。 また、季節限定ではありますが、原木栽培のしいたけ狩り、タケノコ掘り、わらび取り、柚子の収穫などをお楽しみいただけます。自然の中でリフレッシュしませんか。

2024年7月にデザイナーによるリフォームをした、山中湖から徒歩11分の別荘地にある 「プライベートリゾート 富士」 という一日一組限定の宿です。 延床面積115㎡、3LDK のログハウスを基調とした和モダンデザイン一軒家で、 ２階にあがると、リビングの窓から大きな富士山を望むことができ、富士山をバックに大きなバルコニーでBBQをしたり、木々に囲まれたバレルサウナを満喫した後には、そのまま外の休憩スペースで森林浴をしたりと、していただけます。庭には、大きな焚き火台があり、火を囲んで語らうこともできます。また、庭には高めの柵を設置しているため、愛犬を連れてきても逃げてしまう心配はございません。 部屋には90インチの大型スクリーンがあり、Prime Video、Youtube などが楽しめます。夜には、条件が良ければ満天の星空も見ることができます。
