The cabin is warm and cozy, sunny, wood burner & heat pump. location is nestled between Grandview and Lake Hāwea station. We have no light pollution making for incredible stargazing.

The house comprises an open-plan living and dining area and outdoor dining, with spectacular views of the lake and mountains. Located up a rural gravel road, hidden away from suburban areas, the home is bound to make you say WOW.

Furnished for your comfort with a luxurious King bed. On the deck there's a large 2 person sized hot bath (no jets) with views to the mountains for your relaxation .

Named for our Greek Yaya's; one who loved to host and feed people, and the other who loved to travel and adventure. Yaya's House is beautifully placed with easy access to the Lake Hawea River track, short walk/bike to the stunning crystal blue waters of Lake Hawea. 10 minute drive to delicious pastries in Albert town and 15 minutes drive to the bustle of Wanaka. A peaceful place to return to after a day of exploring.
