Weavers Cottage is a detached 17th century stone built barn at the head of the Ullswater valley in the central Lakes. The views are stunning with panoramic views of lakeland fells and over Brotherswater. The place is pet friendly and perfect for guests who love the outdoors. Classic walks straight from the door and secure storage available for mountain bikes and canoes. After a day in the fells, toast your toes by the wood burning stove or enjoy the sunshine in the private south facing garden.

Located next to the owners’ home, but still maintaining solitude and privacy, the cottage is surrounded by open fields and is a haven for wildlife.

Tethera Nook is the South East wing of Hylands with wonderful views. Set over three floors, surrounded by beautiful gardens, it has been renovated with great care, to the highest standard of design, using quality materials and finishes. It's 12 minutes walk from Kendal town center's many independent shops and restaurants and 5 minutes walk to our local pub the Rifleman's Arms.

Perfect place to start numerous walks from the doorstep including many of the popular Wainwright hills such as Scafell Pike and Illgill Head. Easy access to the lake for kayaking etc.

Situated on the edge of Hartsop, a tiny and tranquil hamlet at the foot of Kirkstone Pass, Green Bank is a gem of a rural getaway, with stunning walks in fells - low and high level - and around lakes from the garden gate. A popular holiday let since the 1990s with many repeat visitors, Green Bank used to be managed by an agency and has relatively recently come to AirBnB.
