Methow valley custom home, far above the Methow river and Columbia valley. Nearly 360 degree views - west into the Sawtooth mountains, north up the Methow river and North Cascades and East to the Columbia river and eastern wheat fields. You get the whole place to yourselves, lots of privacy and quiet, at the top of the mountains. We have recently expanded the patio in the front to 300+ square feet, with a gas BBQ and a new picnic table. It's a great place to hang out, morning or evening.

The cabin is a 3 min drive to Wenatchee river, 3 min to Plain, 25 min to Leavenworth, and 35 min to Stevens Pass. Close to skiing, hiking, climbing, rivers and lakes. The cabin is set in a woodsy neighborhood but is not secluded. The bedroom is one open loft with 3 beds. The Cedar hot tub is accessed by a walking path outside and is not secluded. Stehekin Cedar Cabin

The Stehekin Cedar Cabin is located in isolated mountain community of Stehekin, Washington, in the heart of the North Cascades. Stehekin is only accessible by boat, float plane, or hiking in. The cabin is located 1.5 miles from the boat dock at Stehekin. We meet our guests there and take you and your luggage to the cabin. The car is then yours to drive for your stay. Lake Chelan, our local organic garden and Stehekin Pastry Company are all within an easy walk from the cabin.

Happy Place

Happy Place is state of mind on the edge of Lake Chelan. Private and isolated. It is a studio set up with a king size bed, sitting area, and table. The large deck wraps around for complete views up and down the lake. Watch the Lady of the Lake go by on it's 55 mile daily trip to Stehekin. Across the lake is the wooded and mountainous view of Slide Ridge. Happy Place is towards the end of the road on the north shore of Manson. Wilderness area extends the rest of the up lake.
