Edificio diseñado por el aclamado arquitecto Henry Klumb, el apartamento viene totalmente equipado y se encuentra a pasos de la playa, laguna, restaurantes, cafés y bares. Cuenta con una gran piscina y una café/bistro. A 6 Km del aeropuerto y del Viejo San Juan. Hay estacionamiento por pago justo al lado y hay dos lugares de alquiler de autos a menos de 5 minutos a pie.
