We are located on 9 acres just inside the city limits of Cedar Falls. Just 1 1/2 miles west of the University of Northern Iowa Campus. We are located 10 minutes from shopping, restaurants, and more! Very private, secluded and relaxing spot within 30 yards of walking or biking trail. Enjoy wildlife, plenty of deer and eagles to watch off the large open front porch. Coffee make and toaster also provided. River for canoeing and kayaking within walking distance.
