This quaint bungalow sits in a prime location of Hillcrest, a highly desirable area in San Diego. It is very quiet and private and sits directly behind our house(pictured) with a beautifully landscaped brick courtyard. You are within walking distance to "The Heart of Hillcrest" where you will discover many fabulous restaurants, coffee and boutique shops, and so much more. In addition, the studio includes a standing desk with a large second monitor to accommodate your remote working needs.

Located in Point Loma, it is less than a mile from the beach and within 15-20 minutes of the most visited San Diego attractions. Rental is above our home. No smoking, parties or loud music. Please note the kitchenette only has a mini fridge, microwave, toaster, and coffee maker. No washer and dryer on sight. Above flight path.

And we open all the windows to aerate before the next guests! One bedroom granny flat, separate entrance with off street parking for midsize car or smaller. Three blocks to the beach. Located at the edge of downtown OB close to all restaurants and night life. Centrally located to all main San Diego attractions.

Room is "hotel style" with private entrance, small patio, bed, bath, fridge and microwave; no access to main house.
