The apartment is situated on the ground floor of a private house in a quiet neighborhood 'Borik', also called 'Puntamika'. Just in case my pictures didn't illustrate the apartment quite well to you, I will briefly describe it. It is a 45 m2 apartment with one bedroom (1 Double Bed 180x190cm), one bathroom with both bath-tub and shower and one kitchen/living room with sofa bed (140x200cm) and TV. It can take up to 2 adults and 1-2 smaller children. The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen as well as the bathroom and living room. Also, I offer a non-stop internet access and parking in a quiet and peaceful surroundings. I can provide extra amenities to make your stay with small children more comfortable for you and them, such as baby cot and baby feeder.

Newly renovated holiday home with a private pool and garden. The house is 80 m² with a 150 m² garden. It has two bedrooms, a kitchen with a dining area and living room, and a bathroom. The garden features a seasonal pool, a terrace with a dining table, a barbecue, sun loungers, and a solar shower. The pool and garden are for guests only, ensuring full privacy. Located 3 km from Zadar and 800 m from the sea and local beach.
