Very greenish view in all places. No cleaning fee will be charged until the house is clean. Pets can be allowed inside portico only, but not inside house. Partying with music and dancing not allowed at any instance. Guests don't have any other restrictions other than making huge sounds. EV charing point is available

Though breakfast is not provided, microwave and induction stove are available in the apartment with coffee, tea and sugar satchets. Can suggest food delivery services if required.
