Aki csak csendre vágyik, annak akár ki sem kell mozdulnia, a nap körbejárja az épületet, megunhatatlanul lehet gyönyörködni a környék szépségében, a kilátásban. Ez egy túlélő menedékház. Földúton megközelíthető. Víz kannából, wc pottyantós, áram nincs.(ha nagyon muszáj azért feltöltheted a telefonod), gyertya van. Van szauna, csodás kilátás a hegyekre, csönd, sokféle kirándulási lehetőség, kedves házigazda és Igor a szamár.
