Air conditioning and floor heating in all rooms. It is located in charming village of Žgombići not far from Malinska on the island of Krk.

Capacity 2+2, size 42 m2, with a large fenced yard and a swimming pool. Located on the ground floor in a family house in a quiet street; newly built and is fully equipped and furnished. The house is surrounded by trees and offers an unobstructed view of the sea. Pets are not allowed, nor is smoking in the apartment. It is accessible for disabled. Heated pool (May-October) : 8x4m, depth 1,5m. Sat TV, WiFi, A/C, safe, parking, fireplace/grill, terrace, deck chairs and a parasol by the pool.

Apartman je u suterenu obiteljske kuće, što osigurava ugodnu temperaturu po ljeti, no ipak sa dovoljno danjeg svjetla. U dvoristu je besplatan parking. Plaža je udaljena 250 m. Do centra Grada Krka moguće je doći za deset minuta šetnjom uz more. Gosti apartmana imaju svoj dio okućnice, ležaljke, stol i stolice, roštilj, tuš u dvorištu, parkiralište i spremište za bicikle i ostalu opremu. Next to the stable there is a terrace with a barbecue, and in the intimate part of the yard an outdoor pool is settled for moments of your relaxation.
