Just a few steps from the sea and the beach, there is a ‘Porpini’ apartment. This small and cosy studio apartment has everything you need for your vacation. Equipped kitchen, TV, air-condo. Apartment is located on the second floor of the old stone house right on the sea. It is 5mins walking distance to the promenade and just above the beach. It has fully equipped kitchen, one bedroom, a living room, a bathroom and a private balcony with a view over the sea and Biševo island. It is equipped with LCD tv, air condition, wi-fi, ceiling fan in bedroom (in winter time heater if necessary). With the apartment rental comes the possibility of using a double seated kayak during the stay.

Our house is located near the sea and a pebble beach, and near the town center. The apartment has two rooms that are each equipped with 2 double beds. The apartment’s size is 75m2, it has one bathroom and one toilet. The apartment has a satellite TV, a washing machine, a refrigerator and air-conditioning. The apartment has a large terrace with a beautiful view of the bay, the city of Komiža and the open sea. Their is a public parking spot about 80m from the house.

This house is ideal for easy-going, responsible guests who don’t stress when things occasionally go differently than planned, cherish nature, care for water resources and enjoy simple living. BEFORE BOOKING PLEASE CAREFULLY READ DESCRIPTIONS ! Our bay has no road access. From the nearest parking area there is a 10 minute walk along a natural footpath (not suitable for bikes or heavy luggage). Everything here is slower and harder to fix than on the mainland.

The family Jaksa, whose coat of arms is located at the entrance, belonged to the nobility of Hvar, Vis and Split and played an important role in the history of the islands of Vis and Hvar. The apartment is part of Jaksa's palace from the 17th century
