Our newly renovated studio apartment is located in the heart of the beautiful old town of Rab, directly in the Middle street (Srednja ulica 20), looking to the Down street (Donja ulica), and the Forum Pub which we recomand for the best cocktails in Rab. Due to its location it is also perfect for couples exploring the old town of Rab. The apartment consists of bedroom, kitchen, bathroom, and is equiped with aircondition, TV, free Wifi... Free parking in the old town for all our guests.

Apartments Silver (Gajac). We rent a holiday apartments a bit uphill from apartment complex Gajac in a peaceful surrounding and nature near Zrće beach (20 min walk to the festival area and famous clubs - Papaya, Aquarius, Kalypso & Noa / only few minutes with a car). Beautiful Gajac beach is reached by a shortcut (800m), 10min walk and it will lead you to the nicest part of the beach with a great beach restaurant! Closest city is Novalja (2 km). Studio apartment for two with sea view

Studio apartment for 2 persons is located in our family house, in the ground floor. It has one large bed, small kitchen, a bathroom and a terrace in front of the apartment. The beach is just in front of the house. Bakery and stand with fruits and vegetables are 200m from the apartment. The house is located 15 minutes light walk to the town center. The price includes private parking, air-conditioning, unlimited WiFi, SAT/TV, cleaning fees and local tourist tax.

Senj has neither industry nor pollutants. The guests in Senj feel safe. There is no danger of the crime - you can safely walk around during the day and at night. Senj is not a typical tourist destination; there are no big hotels or crowds. On the beaches and in the restaurants you can always find a place. Senj is interesting for guests traveling to Dalmatia, the Dalmatian islands and Dubrovnik, so they can take a break halfway.

House is located in the center of Novalja, close (cca 7min) to Zrce beach bus stop, Plodine supermarket , Cocomo club, many restaurants and fast food places, city beach Lokunje is cca 5 min walking from the house.

The nearest beach is 1 minute walk away and the famous Zrće beach in Novalja is 15 min car journey away. There is a shop 5 minute walk to the apartment.
