We are located in Čižići, island Krk,approximately 100-meter walk from the main beach. The property boasts a quiet and secluded location with free on-site shaded parking. The apartment is a one bedroom with a queen-sized bed that sleeps two and a single bed that sleeps one, kitchen, dining area, living room and the bathroom. Capacity 2+2, size 42 m2, with a large fenced yard and a swimming pool. Located on the ground floor in a family house in a quiet street; newly built and is fully equipped and furnished. The house is surrounded by trees and offers an unobstructed view of the sea. Pets are not allowed, nor is smoking in the apartment. It is accessible for disabled. Heated pool (May-October) : 8x4m, depth 1,5m. Sat TV, WiFi, A/C, safe, parking, fireplace/grill, terrace, deck chairs and a parasol by the pool.

V starem delu hiše je spalnica, v novem pa dnevno bivalni del s kuhinjo in veliko kopalnico. Okolica hiše meri 1000 m2. Na njej je osem stoletnih dreves, ki lahko nudijo zašcito pred soncem. Na razpolaganje sta vam dva vrtova s sezonsko zelenjavo.

The owner lives in the same house and is therefore always at your service. Apartment has a possibility of one extra beds on the extendable couch.
