Die Ferienwohnung befindet sich im Dachboden mit extra Eingang und verfügt über ein Wohnzimmer mit Ausziehcouch und Balkon, Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett, Küche mit Geschirrspüler, E-Herd, Eierkocher, Toaster, Kaffeemaschine. Self-catering is possible through the kitchen, which was renovated in 2019. As the apartment is directly in the centre, there are also many restaurants and cafés in the same street or in the surrounding area. You have a view of the lake from 4 rooms and the balcony. Die Ferienwohnung liegt auf einem kleinen Plateau auf 1098 Meter auf der Sonnenseite des Zillertals. Super Aussicht ins Zillertal. Das ganze Hause wurde 2010 neu gebaut. Ruhige Lage, Bauernhof mit Ziegen, Alpacas, Spielplatz, viele Wanderwege, Fahrrad fahren oder einfach nur die schöne Aussicht genießen. Im Winter Teller rutschen, Rodeln, Touren gehen, Schneeschuhwanderungen. Wir haben über 50 Bienenvölker auf unseren Ländereien, sowie viele Imkereiprodukte mit Verkostung.

Ski in, Ski out! Besser kann man dieses wunderschöne, freistehende Apartmenthaus mit 2 Apartments direkt an der Skipiste von Kirchberg nicht kennzeichnen. Morgens direkt auf die Piste, ohne Skibus oder Schlange stehen - phantastisch! Das Apartmenthaus steht an der Piste zur Fleckalmbahn. Das Haus wurde 2018 gebaut und nach dem neuesten Standard eingerichtet. Beide Apartments besitzen eine separate Terrasse. Skiraum bzw. Abstellraum ist direkt im gleichen Gebäude vorhanden.

Chalet Staffner oben 4 bis 8 Personen

Nur 5,4 Kilometer vom weltbekannten Kitzbühel entfernt liegt das Challet Staffner zentraler ruhiger Lage in Kirchberg in Tirol. Der Standort ist im Sommer ein idealer Ausgangspunkt zum Spazieren, Wandern, Biken, Golf, Minigolf und Schwimmen (ca. 10 Minuten Gehzeit zum Badesee). Biker kommen auf unzähligen Mountain und Rennradstrecken auf ihre Kosten. 230 km Skipisten und drei Gondeln in nächster Nähe. Die Skibushaltestelle ist zu Fuß in wenige Minuten zu erreichen
