The Treehouse accommodates 2+2 and has a double bedroom, shower room and large open plan living area/games room with kitchenette and breakfast bar.

Ours is a quirky home, with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms a lounge (with wood burner)and kitchen diner. The Annex is nestled in the woods conveniently located for the broads, Beccles, Lowestoft and Great Yarmouth. Our closest beach, Gorleston is a 10 minute drive away. In a very peaceful setting, we hope you will be able to unwind and relax. The Annex can be arranged as 2 superking bedrooms, or 1 superking and 1 twin. With your own entrance you will be totally independent.

Little dial is a converted stable block off of the main house now offering an ideal base for exploring all that Norfolk has to offer. You will benefit from the use of a private patio from the bedroom with views of the garden. Due to the nature of the property Little Dial is not a good fit for infants or children.

Grade 2 listed house. Quiet, picturesque, rural village. 20 mins from beautiful beaches. Kitchenette, dinning area, sitting room, courtyard garden with dinning table for outdoor eating. Upstairs has a double, a single and there is a cot for an infant. the bathroom has a bath with overhead power shower. There is central heating throughout and an electric fire in the sitting room for additional warmth.

Outside there is a south facing patio area with table and chairs, this is shared with the owners. Off-road parking is available. Situated on the outskirts of Thetford, it's still only a 15 minute walk from the town centre, train and bus stations.
