The Stables is a spacious, 2 bedroom annexe situated in a quiet rural location with views of the Norfolk countryside. The Stable boasts of comfortable beds with 200 thread count Egyptian cotton. Fully equipped kitchen, outdoor seating with bbq facilities. The Stables is an ideal place for a weekend break or longer stay, and a perfect base to explore Norfolk, we are 25 minutes drive from the north Norfolk coast. The neighbouring village is home to the multi award winning Brisley Bell pub.

A unique holiday home, self contained with own kitchen and bathroom. Located within gardens of hosts home with outdoor seating and BBQ for your use. Located within Heacham, 20 minute walk to beach, some free parking. Hunstanton, Sandringham Estate, Holkham Hall and Wells next to the Sea, all within a few miles. All basics are provided dishwashing stuff, shower gel, shampoo soap Twin beds can be pushed together into a double. Fridge, Combi Oven, Hob,Toaster, Kettle and Nespresso coffee machine.

Real ales are served straight from the cask; good-value food using fresh local produce, all within a 5-minute stumble.

Our Cabin offers a cosy independent stay with a fully equipped kitchen, lounge, bedroom with super-king bed, luxury en-suite shower and utility with additional toilet. This eco friendly home has air sourced underfloor heating throughout and contains many upcycled items from the exterior reclaimed scaffolding boards to the many repurposed gems to be found inside. Stepping outside there is a private south facing patio and garden with its own parking space, all just a leisurely walk from town.

Self contained annexe with minimal cooking facilities - downstairs open plan kitchenette with microwave and hob, lounge area (smart TV), dining area. Upstairs in master bedroom king size bed, (smart TV) sloping attic roof - separate shower room with toilet and wash handbasin. Second bedroom (request booking please) single bed, sloping roof. Outside toilet and fridge if required. Welcome pack for your first breakfast. Kitchen facilities suitable for breakfast and light lunches.

Detached and self-contained, this cosy, one bedroom annex with rural views is a great coastal base for exploring Norfolk’s beaches, nature reserves, stately homes and seaside towns. Well-equipped kitchen, easy parking, smart tv, double bed and large faux leather sofa bed, bathroom plus separate walk-in shower room and fully-enclosed outside space. Woodland and countryside walks nearby. Sandringham, beaches, golf, local amenities, takeaways, pubs, restaurants and RSPB just a short drive.

The Grange (Annex Apartment)

Quiet location, ideal for a relaxing break, or focal point to meet family or friends. Situated in the remote country village of Broughton. The village boasts popular and quaint pub, renowned for its food (The Crown). The Annex is detached from the main house, Lounge/Kitchen area, Bathroom, Two ground floor Bedrooms, with a third double situated in what was a Hay Loft (not suitable for children under 14 years of age). Recently re-furbished. Ample parking on the drive for 2 to 3 cars.

A peaceful getaway with patio leading to large shrubbery garden with grounds leading to lake and river. Situated on edge of historic town, home of the Dad’s Army museum and British Trust for Ornithology (BTO). Close to Thetford forest for walking, cycling and bird watching. On the Norfolk cycle route - Rebellion Way. Ideally situated for the Peddars Way walk. East Anglian Coast within easy reach. Cottage contains fully fitted kitchen/dining room, wet room and comfy double bed.

The Dovecote is a beautifully appointed self - contained annexe in Snetterton Village with lovely garden views providing a perfect base for Snetterton Racetrack (2 Miles) and close to A11. Ideal as a base for the track or business and also to discover Norfolk. We offer accommodation for up 2 people consisting of a double bedroom with en-suite facilities, kitchenette, and lounge with double sofa bed for additional guests . Also dogs are most welcome Breakfast supplied and Skyq.

The Barrel House

The Barrel house has been lovingly restored to provide a stylish, multifunctional space for Airbnb guests. The vaulted ceiling adds to the feeling of space. All windows are double glazed and a velux roof window allows the daylight to flood in. Outside there is a private patio area with a bistro set for outdoor dining or enjoying sundowners. Nearby is the village shop, popular butchers and local pub. There are plenty of walks to enjoy nearby.
