Sitting On The Dock Of The Bay…is our tranquil designer-styled bay house. We believe it is the Central Coast’s best kept secret. At the end of a rain-forested road, our waterfront reserve retreat commands an unbeatable view over Phegan’s Bay, a little known, secluded waterway far from the hustle and bustle, yet close enough to dip into the Central Coasts many activities and services. You will wake up to the romantic sound of anchors clinking, birds chirruping, immersed in lifes simple pleasures.

Separate private couples retreat Treed water views

Bathed in natural light this seperate spacious private cottage with its own entrance offers a stylish tranquil vibe overlooking the treetops to the water. Wake up to the chorus of birdsong in the super comfortable king sized bed. Large balcony with modern gas BBQ and two chairs. A perfect retreat to watch an amazing sunset and unwind. Take a hike through spectacular walking trails in the national park or visit pristine surf beaches which are all on our door step within walking distance. Bliss!

Boathouse By The Bay

Relax and unwind in our beautiful, unique space, enjoying the sounds of nature as you indulge in the outdoor shower in the sun. With just a short walk to the waterfront, corner store and bottle shop, you can set up the perfect picnic down by the water or at home. Grab yourself one of Central Coasts best coffee's from Empires D'lite. If you are a bringing a boat along, you can plonk it in at Kendall Road wharf and be set for the day. There is also kids parks, tennis court and bbq area close by.

Tranquil self-contained garden suite

The garden studio is at the ground level of the house, it's surrounded by mature trees and lush plants. Located a few minutes walk to a public wharf with ferries to Woy Woy, local cafe and general store; a few minutes drive to the beautiful Bouddi coastal walk, restaurants and shops. You will enjoy your private space with a separate entrance. Friendly chickens and cat might pay you a visit. Feel free to play the piano or borrow our bikes during your stay. Not suitable for children under 12.

Bushwalking and water fun

My place is close to great views,beach and bay. The guest accommodation is on the lower floor of our home and is a self contained spacious and seperate living area. We overlook Hardys Bay which is within 300 meters and offers excellent coffee shops,restaurants and general store,bottle shop. Bouddi national park is a few hundred meters away and offers extensive bushwalking tracks,secluded beaches and excellent views.

A 3 min drive or a 10 min stroll to the beach or bays with great cafes & galleries & the renowned Bells is just a 700m stroll or drive up the road. For guests who may be attending a Bells function, we are happy to chauffeur.

During the day, use the private jetty to dive, SUP, kayak, fish or just laze around soaking in the rays. At night indulge in a cocktail and freshly made pizza from your personal pizza oven. Then sit around the fire pit while enjoying the amazing sunset.
