We have a game room & amazing outdoor area with a putting green and a private fenced pool and huge yard on the River Island golf course. Springville is 3 hours North of LA, 3.5 hours south of San Jose in the foothills of the Sierra mountains. We are 90 minutes South of Sequoia National Park and 45 minutes from Balch Park, home of the largest trees on earth.

I just restored this home over the last 18 months. It is 3150 Square Feet and it is full of vintage furniture and unique artsy items. Of course we have a pool and central air. The pool is not suitable for diving or jumping into . It is an enjoyment pool with rafts, etc. Great for kids or cooling off from the Heat.

Great Energy for mid-sized groups!

I live in my home and offer three rooms, each with a queen bed, to guests. You will have full access to the pool and outside kitchen; the inside kitchen in winter. Doors from two out of the three rooms lead to the outside. At this time I can not accommodate more than 6 people; and is not a party/hangout place.
