Separate, secure private access to the granny flat which contains a mini-fridge, microwave, coffee machine, kettle, smart TV, desk and wifi. Ideal for a short stay for one person but can fit two. My husband and I live on the property at the back of the house, however your space is in a separate section at the front of the house, offering complete privacy and comfort.

Your unit is through a gate and down a slightly sloped mulch pathway. 10 min drive to South Beach, 10 min to Fremantle, 13 mins to Murdoch University and to Fiona Stanley Hospital. Bus route to the city (via the train station) is a couple of minute's walk away.
