Sheep, alpacas and horses graze the paddocks and you may even get a visit from one of our pet kangaroos. From the deck you can listen to abundant bird life and fish rising in the river while enjoying a glass of local wine next to the fire. Close to walk trails, river and beaches come and explore all this amazing region has to offer.

The house has 5 bedrooms, two bathrooms, a separate toilet, and two good sized living areas, one of which includes an open plan kitchen/dining area. The house is fully furnished with comfortable stylish furniture. Linen is provided. The kitchen is well equipped and has a Smeg oven.

Then pack your cup, walk across the road to Monkey Rock and have your morning sunrise coffee overlooking Lights Beach, Ocean Beach, and William Bay. Explore 300 acres of farmland and walk the Bibbulmun Track, which conveniently runs through the property and down to the back beach cliffline.

Middleton Mews - Unit 6

Having the best position of all the units in this complex makes this a very quiet, budget friendly and private location to enjoy. My top priority is the guests enjoyment. This updated, regularly booked unit with Netflix has a fully equipped useable kitchen and also there is plenty of parking available, even a large trailer can easily fit. The complex is ideally located to enjoy the various sights and activities that the Great Southern offers.

Wolfes Landing - a rustic home on the inlet

Wolfe’s Landing is a beautifully rustic and quirky home overlooking the spectacular Nenamup Inlet. This chalet is named after the original Wolfes Landing - now the Albany jetty – which was the embarkation point for soldiers heading to Gallipoli. Timbers rescued from this jetty are the signature feature of this chalet, and are a poignant and constant reminder of those who have gone before us.
