Welcome to our modern farmhouse (minus the farm). Our little home is almost 100 years old! As such she isn’t perfect but she has a lot of character! We are located in a safe neighborhood just 5 minutes from downtown Kalamazoo and 10 minutes from the highway. 8 minutes to WMU. Whether you’re traveling for business, to visit loved ones, or just enjoy Kalamazoo we’d love to have you at our home. The house has 2 bedrooms up stairs and a 3rd on the main floor. Wood floors throughout. Has a semi private deck off the back for relaxing with a small fenced in back yard under a canopy of trees. Everyman's house has been declared a Historic Home in Kalamazoo.

The best breakfast spot and Italian restaurant in town are right across the street :-) A bakery/coffee shop, yoga studio, laundromat, bodega and salon are all less than a minutes' walk away.
